• Project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
• Project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
• To grow the business through the development of the customer base especially by maintaining professional and smooth interactions with Consultants and Contractors.
• To be responsible for customer liaison and ongoing relation development.
• To keep the management regularly and fully informed about routine and “red flag” issues related to business in the region.
• Ensuring that I deliver profitable projects to the organization while ensuring that all our projects meet the triple constraint of cost, time and quality.

Preparation of bidding documents including Technical specification, BOQ and Cost Estimation of the Project.
1. Direct Sales of Diesel Generators, Solar Electrification Systems, HVAC.
2. Technical reviews, product design, detailed technical specification documentation, site survey.
3. Procurement and delivery of equipment's needed for Project(s) to the specific Project Locations.
4. Complete Project Design review including civil, electrical, mechanical design.
5. Execution and commissioning of the Project(s) on-time & within budget.
